Stress and change are integral to our lives. Transitions, upheaval and loss can bring us to a period of being overloaded. Every person has their own unique set of strengths and challenges. My approach with psychotherapy is to work with clients on strength building, removing obstacles and developing more integration between the core of who you know you are and how you live your life.

My experience of twenty years includes extensive work with children, and families, couples and individuals. Therapeutic arts, journaling, and EMDR are some of the modalities that I use regularly. In addition to psychotherapy, my work covers a range of consulting, training, supervision, mediation and coaching.

Some of the concerns that I often address with clients include anxiety, trauma, depression and loss. Family changes, transitions, mindfulness and communication are a focal point of my work. Developing goals and having a willingness to do healing work is where we can begin.
